What individuals wear can tell the observer an awful lot about them. Although this is not always true, it is usually easy enough to see whether people we pass by in the street wish to attract attention to themselves through noticeable garments. Certain adornments can also tell a more subtle story about an individual, items such as jewellery often have a far greater meaning to their wearer than other items that they are wearing.
